Relaxation Massage

Relaxation massage is meant to relax and sooth away tension from everyday stresses and uses leaving you feeling relaxed and replenished. With relaxation massage all tissues will be treated equally and there will not be any techniques used to address problem areas unless requested.

Deep Tissue

Meant to relax and ease those fatigued muscles from everyday use and stress in a sequence with deep techniques and increased pressure.

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage is deep tissue massage addressing specific dysfunctions or injuries. These injuries will be detected through specific assessment protocol. You will be treated in the clinic and sent home with exercise rehabilitation specific to your dysfunction. Therapeutic massage is used to treat many conditions such as pain, stiffness, injuries, repetitive strain, and headaches.

MyoFascial Release Vacuum Cupping

Most manual massage therapy techniques involve positive pressure of pushing into the body. However, Myofascial Cupping is unique in that negative pressure is the means for changing tissue adhesion. Though the skin may be temporarily discolored by red rings or hickey-like marks from the suction in the cup, this is not the intention of the therapy.

You may choose between a Vacuum Cupping Treatment on its own, or the perfect combination of both Vacuum Cupping and Deep Tissue Massage.

HOT STONE MASSAGE

Hot Stone Massage is a specialty massage using various size and form of warmed, smooth stones. The pre-warmed stones are placed on specific key points of the body to warm, soften and relax tight aching muscles. Specialty stones made of Basalt are used because of their high iron content and ability to retain heat.

While the hot stones penetrate deep into the bodies’ tissue and soften the musculature, your therapist will perform a luxurious full body massage incorporating both massage with stones and the therapist’s hands (deep tissue or relaxation massage)
